With the impact of new tariffs, we took a step back to reflect on our mission—what values do we stand for, and how can we make a meaningful difference? The answer was simpler than we expected.

As of February 1st, we’ve made a promise to our loyal customers: to prioritize sourcing our raw materials from Canada whenever possible. This means:

• Eco-Friendly Packaging – Our simmer pot bags will now come from a biodegradable and sustainable Canadian company.
• Locally Sourced Jewelry Components – Earring studs and hooks will be sourced from businesses in Edmonton and beyond.
• Supporting Local Farmers – We’ll partner with farms near our town for fresh fruit in our simmer pots, expanding to other regions of Canada as needed.
• Ethical International Sourcing – For fruits that can’t grow in Canada, like mangoes and bananas, we will start by sourcing from Mexico, choosing suppliers who align with our values.

By strengthening the Canadian economy, we also strengthen our own foundation—ensuring that we continue to provide the highest-quality products for you. Simmer pots and unique jewelry are just the beginning. Stay tuned for future products that will continue to make a difference!
